Saturday 21st July 

Formby Festival Resident Chef, James Holden, from the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts will be showcasing Waitrose products and showing how to create some of the finest recipes offered on the Waitrose Food website. He’ll be joined by Formby Festival’s favourite Celebrity Chef and BBC Fusion Chef of the Year; Aazam Ahmed.  You won’t want to miss this amazing experience, they can’t wait to entertain and tickle your tastebuds!

3:00PM to 4:00PMArtisan HourA chance for our artisan producers to showcase their products helped by Aazam Ahmed. After seeing the products being crafted into exquisite dishes, you can go purchase your favourites!
4:30PM to 5:30PMAazam AhmedHe's our resident Festival chef. He'll be demonstrating the versatility of ingredients from our food sponsor Waitrose. Seasonal and family favourites all on Waitrose recipe cards!

Sunday 22nd July 

Once again we’ll have Formby Festival favourite BBC Fusion Chef of the Year; Aazam Ahmed leading the way. He’ll even be using some of the exhibitors own ingredients and offerings to use live and cook up!
